Be transformed by the power of Reformer Pilates

Open to everyone

We offer 50-minute group classes, as well as 1-1, 2-1 and small group sessions, focusing on contemporary Pilates, delivered with a safe yet dynamic programme.

  • A comprehensive but slower workout for those new to practice, as well as clients who wish to continue to move at a gentler pace. Focused on the basics and developing strong form, this class covers all the important fundamental principles. Working through safe transitions, helping first timers understand the importance of alignment, breathing and core, and enabling improvers to build on their experience and refine their technique.

It is recommended to attend a minimum of 6-8 classes before moving into the next level class.

  • A gentle and soothing class which is based around stretching with the emphasis on mindful, reflective movement and wellbeing. Focused on breathwork and lengthening muscles, this relaxing session will calm your mind, body and soul. If you are looking to release tension, elevate your flexibility, and improve your mobility, then this class is for you.

    For improvers and beyond.

  • A full body workout based around precise and purposeful movement, ideal for those who are more experienced and have a strong understanding of Alignment, Breathing and Core connection. This challenging class is designed to build strength from the inside out, improve core strength, balance and posture whilst building lean muscle definition and work you from head to toe.

This is for intermediate clients and not recommended for Beginners.

  • An intensely dynamic and faster paced class that takes reformer technique above and beyond. This is for the more experienced Reformers who are looking to be challenged and take their strength to the next level.

As this is an advanced class, we advise that you are adept at executing quicker transitions as well as having strong experience and understanding of the principles of The Full Body Club before progressing up.

  • A high energy jumpboard Reformer class that delivers a big cardio workout. This fun, exhilarating session combines plyometric jumping exercises with strength training. Challenging your legs, glutes and core, it can also increase your balance, co-ordination and endurance whilst developing muscle tone. Due to the intensity of this session, the jumpboard class is designed for more experienced Reformers who wants to enhance their existing fitness programme. Also, not suitable if you have any of the following conditions: Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Musculoskeletal issues or if you are Pregnant.

  • Our perinatal specialist classes for both Mothers-to-Be from the second trimester, and postpartum clients following their 6-8 week check-up.

Focused on supporting Women’s bodies throughout their entire pregnancy journey with the emphasis on gentle movement, building core strength, improving posture and pelvic floor function, whilst enhancing the mind-body connection.

These classes will both help prepare the body for labour and delivery, as well as aid recovery, and assist in regaining strength post birth.

    Book Now

  • Bookings for group classes can only be made up to 4 weeks in advance.

Bookings open every Sunday morning at 9am.

  • We have 6 Reformer Classes: The Form Club, The Flow Club, The Full Body Club, The Dynamic Club, The Jump Club and The Mother Club.

  • Our Form Club is perfect for all first timers, guiding you through the basics, familiarising you with both the machine, alignment, breathing and movement patterns. We recommend a minimum of between 6-8 sessions before considering progression into the next level, although this depends entirely on the individual and should be guided by the instructor.

  • We want our Reformers to feel comfortable during a class and recommend that you wear form-fitting activewear that enables agile movement. Avoid very loose items in case of catching on the machine.

Grip socks are compulsory in the studio (no bare feet due to hygiene reasons), and you will not be able to work out without them. Grip socks are for sale at the studio should you forget yours.

Jewellery is worn at your own risk. We advise big pieces are removed prior to your visit to avoid getting caught in any equipment.

Please tie long hair back for safety reasons.

  • Shoes are not to be worn in the studio, please leave them in the designated cubby spaces at the entrance.

  • It is important that you stay hydrated throughout your session, so ensure you bring your water bottle with you.

Do not forget your grip socks.

  • Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your session start time. This will give you adequate time to put your belongings away and be ready for the beginning of the class without disturbing your fellow Reformers.

If you should arrive more than 10 minutes before, please help protect the peace of the class by entering quietly and taking a seat on the benches at the entrance (phones switched to silence upon arrival please).

If it is your first visit to The Reformer Club, please allow a little extra time to complete a form, and to run through set up.

  • To protect everyone’s safety and peace, we close the door and stop entry to class at the time the session is due to start. If you are more than 5 minutes late unfortunately you won’t be allowed to join the session. This is to reduce disruption, allow Reformers to warm up properly and fully enjoy the session safely.

  • There is free parking both out the front and back of the studio, this is on a first come first served basis. Please be mindful of our neighbours who have designated spaces, do not park on the yellow grids or directly outside the entrance to M Jackson & Son. Parking is at your own risk.

  • We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of this window, you will lose your class credit. Please cancel directly through our booking system, by email or text, not through social media.

Repeated cancellations or no shows may result in booking access being restricted.

  • If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you do not attend, particularly if you have something highly contagious like Covid.

  • Every class has a waitlist, which opens when the class is at capacity, they hold up to 4 people.

You can join as many waitlists as you want, but only 1 entry per class.

If it is your first visit, you will need to buy a class credit to join a waitlist. Returning clients will also need a credit available to accept a place from a waitlist position.

If a space opens up, you will be notified by text, up to an hour before the session starts. You will have 15 minutes to either accept or decline the place before it is offered to the next person in line.

You will not be able to accept a place without a class credit, if you reply “1” to join without one, you will receive a message saying, “Your attempt to book a spot wasn’t successful” and to contact us.

If you miss the 15 minute window, or receive the above message, it does not necessarily mean the spot has been taken by someone else. If you have a credit available, cancel your place on the waitlist then go back online and if the space is still free you will be able to book in.

If you decline a place offered, the credit goes back onto your profile.

If you join a waitlist then change your mind ahead of the class, we do ask that you cancel your place on there to enable someone else to join.

  • You must notify your instructor of any injuries before the class begins. As our instructors are not clinically trained, if you are coming back from a serious injury, operation, have an ongoing heath condition, or are undergoing treatment, you will need a clinical sign off before being able to attend.

  • Members in the first trimester (up to 13 weeks) may attend an appropriate level class (excluding The Jump Club), but not beyond this point. If you have not attended a class at our studio prior to your pregnancy, please contact us so that we can discuss which option may be best for you.

The Mother Club is a perinatal specialist class for those in the second trimester and beyond.

  • You must be a minimum of 18 years old to attend a class.

We do not allow children to wait at the studio.
