Every class has a waitlist, which opens when the class is at capacity; they hold up to 4 people.

You can join as many waitlists as you want, but only 1 entry per class.

If it is your first visit, you will need to buy a class credit to join a waitlist. Returning clients will also need a credit available to accept a place from a waitlist position.

If a space opens up, you will be notified by text, up to an hour before the session starts. You will have 15 minutes to either accept or decline the place before it is offered to the next person in line.

You will not be able to accept a place without a class credit, if you reply "1" to join without one, you will receive a message saying "Your attempt to book a spot wasn't successful" and to contact us.

If you miss the 15 minute window, or receive the above message, it does not necessarily mean the spot has been taken by someone else. If you have a credit available, cancel your place on the waitlist then go back online and if the space is still free you will be able to book in.

If you decline a place offered, the credit goes back onto your profile.

If you join a waitlist then change your mind ahead of the class, we do ask that you cancel your place on there to enable someone else to join.
