Nikki
-
Having spent 30 years working in the Fashion Industry, both as a Brand builder within a Wholesale arena, and as a Womenswear Buyer, when she turned 50 in 2023, Nikki decided to pursue her passion and retrain as a Pilates Instructor.
Her first experience of Reformer Pilates was when she was living back in London some 13 years previously, and it was an absolute game changer.
“I loved not only the way it made me look, but also the way it made me feel. The mind/body connection was so powerful, and gave me time for inward reflection, and the headspace that had been missing in my life”.
Fully certified with a L3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates, Nikki’s dream of opening her own studio became a reality in 2024 with the birth of The Reformer Club.

Natasha is a fully certified Pilates instructor who was first drawn to Pilates as a way to condition her body to build strength, improve posture, and move with more control and confidence. What started as a personal commitment to physical growth quickly evolved into a deeper appreciation for the method itself.
As her own understanding of movement developed, so did her connection to her body and sense of self. That journey led her to train as a Pilates instructor, driven by a genuine passion to share the benefits of the practice with others. Natasha teaches with clarity and focus, encouraging clients to move with strength, awareness, and purpose.
